Our first distillate and flagship, a genuine absinthe with a fantastic deep taste of anise, wormwood, star anise, fennel and a number of other lovely herbs. With its beautiful green color that, of course, is all natural from plant chlorophyll. This has been one reason that Valkyria Absinthe has received top scores in both Swedish and international competitions!
Wolf Absinthe 66,6%
Is an absinthe that should be a must have in the liquor cabinet to bring out at any party and for every genuine heavy metal fan! Wolf Absinthe is a specially developed absinthe in collaboration with the heavy metal band Wolf, The absinthe is naturally distilled by the traditional method and contains only natural herbs and spices. This absinthe has a darker, deeper and slightly more herbal flavor than Valkyria Absinthe but the same beautiful green color!
The Oak Aged Valkyria Absinthe
Is a very exclusive edition of Valkyria Absinthe only released in a batches of around 120 bottles each year. The first batch that was released 2014 was all bought by Systembolaget's exclusive product range, a range that very few products have a chance to be a part of. TSE as it's called, requirements for products here is considered very high and must be specially selected by Systembolaget's buyers.

Wolf Chili Red Absinthe
Is based on Valkyria Absinthe, a red absinthe, naturally dyed so it will darken slightly over time. The flavor is inspired by Valkyrie Absinthens fullness and rich anis flavour, but then given a warm fiery aftertaste of chilli and herbs for a broader and richer flavor.

Valkyria Ratatosk
Ratatosk Apple & Cinnamon Liqueur
Is based in organically produced agricultural alcohol, organically grown apples from Vikbolandet outside Norrköping and water from Dalarna. This accompanied by pure organic sugar of the best quality makes this a fantastic handcrafted liqueur with a generous alc. 30% by vol. and over 437 grams sugar / liter.
The taste may be described as an apple pie in liquid form! The cinnamon, the must from the organically grown apples and sugar makes the drink to an amazing taste experience!
Valkyria Vanadis
Is made with organically produced agricultural alcohol, Organically-grown Vanilla and organic pomegranate from one single producer. This accompaniment of pure organic sugar of the best quality makes Valkyria Vanadis a perfect organic liqueur. With a generous alc. 30% by vol. and over 437 grams sugar / liter Valkyria Vanadis has a perfect balancing of bite from the alcohol, acidity and lovely fruit taste from the pomegranate that is washed over by the soft sugar taste whit the vanilla at the end in a perfect balance.
A schnapps with a balanced taste of bog myrtle and soft alcohol and a shortly after taste. Yggdrasil bog myrtle has a clear but not excessive bitterness that is perfect to drink to all classical Swedish holydays such as Easter, Christmas and Midsummer! Perfect for herring, crabs or fish dishes. For best flavor serve it straight from the refrigerator, if served ice-cold Yggdrasil schnapps may lose some of the good taste.

Valkyria Midvinterblot
The sequel to our first distillate Valkyria Absinthe.
Midvinterblot is an absinthe, but a very untraditional and revolutionary type of absinthe called "Amber absinthe". Ambre refers to the color that has Midvinterblot has, and it has a deep warm taste that also made the judges in the spirit competition "The Absinthe Masters" fall in love whit it and award it with a "Master" in the unusual category "Ambre Absinthe".
A schnapps with a balanced taste o Mint & bog myrtle and soft alcohol and a shortly after taste. Valkyria Kurbits has a sweet but not excessive taste of mint. And a herb flavour to compliment that is perfect to drink to all classical Swedish holydays such as Easter, Christmas and Midsummer! Perfect for herring, crabs or fish dishes. Oak Aged Valkyria Cask Strength Absinthe
Was the 3rd edition of the exclusive oak aged Valkyria Absinthe. This time there was only 88 boxes released in this years batch. For the first time Valkyria had been on oak barrel for 1½ years and was sold at cask strength at 74vol%! But it was the best one yet and perfect with a cupple of ice cubes! New for the 3rd edition was also to sell it in a box whit a with a luxurious metal stand and 10 glas testtubes! Each test tube was hand filled, labled and sealed with natural cork by the distiller.
They sold out in 3 hours.
